One equivalent page is 250 source words. Volume accumulates over 12-month cycles from activation. Each portion receives its band's discount; earlier orders are not repriced. Discounts require an approved, paid membership and apply to translation only. Rush fees, extra layout work and document drafting are separate. Minimum order after discount: BRL 50. No stacked promotions.
Membership includes no free translations and does not guarantee availability. Carlos reviews every quote before releasing payment. Membership starts after approval and Stripe payment confirmation. There is no automatic renewal in this pilot. Charges are in BRL.
For example, at BRL 50 per equivalent page, 100 pages earn BRL 605 in total discounts. After the annual fee, the net saving is BRL 105.10. Individual orders may cost less for infrequent clients.
Documents are available privately for 30 days after final delivery. Save a copy. Revised final delivery restarts the retention period for that order. Report ongoing revisions to Rutra so required files are preserved.
Logo publication requires separate, optional, revocable consent. Recognition levels use paid, delivered translations: Bronze 100 pages, Silver 500, Gold 1,000 and Diamond 10,000. They give no additional automatic discount. Consenting Diamond partners appear first.
